URSI 2025, Tarragona, September 3rd to 5th, 2025

The URV, the ETSE and the Department are proud and honored to organize the 40th edition of the "National Symposium of the International Scientific Union of Radio" which will take place at the Palau de Fires i Congressos de Tarragona from 3 to 5 September 2025. In this edition, there will be more than 220 presentations, including scientific research papers, various plenary sessions, and the presentations of the various scientific and technological sponsors, sponsors that will be around a 20th on this occasion.

The URSI, or rather the "XL National Symposium of the International Scientific Union of Radio" has been since 1980 the reference forum for researchers, companies and technologists in the ICT sector and is the main annual event of the Spanish National Committee of URSI. It annually brings together researchers, professionals and students in the field of Information and Communication Technologies, to present their research and technological development work. In addition to being an excellent opportunity for novice researchers, the congress is a platform for debate, exchange experiences and open up possibilities for collaboration between the different existing working groups in the ICT areas of engineering and experimental sciences and between them and industry.

From our Department we want to welcome all the participants of this congress and wish them a very fruitful stay in Tarragona, where they will also be able to enjoy an excellent program of social activities.
